Rajal Mankad, CEP
Serving as Managing Director for My Equity Comp, Cory's responsibilities include sales, contract negotiation, project management, strategic analysis, operations, website maintenance, and consulting. In 2010, Cory served an instrumental role building MEC’s 6039 Form Filing and Outsourced Stock Administration offerings.
Prior to My Equity Comp, Cory worked at E*TRADE Financial for more than 7 years in various operational capacities, providing service and support for OptionsLink / Stock Plan participants and to corporate client companies. During his last two years at E*TRADE, Cory worked in Product Management, helping to develop several operational tools and to streamline many processes throughout Corporate Services. In addition to coordinating the release of new products; he also served as the product-owner for several large offerings such as Stock Options, ESPP, Restricted Stock, SARs, Trading, Transaction History, and Sarbanes-Oxley fulfillment. He acquired his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses while with E*TRADE, completed the first two phases of the Certified Equity Professional program, and became proficient in Equity Edge®.
Cory graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and a Minor in Business Administration. He then went on to deal blackjack in Lake Tahoe before eventually joining E*TRADE. Cory is an avid volleyball player and loves spending time with his wife and two young sons.
Keyoor Mankad, Founder and President, left E*TRADE in 2005 to start up the consulting firm My Equity Comp. Since then, the company has flourished and has helped hundreds of clients with a variety of consulting needs including 6039 IRS Filing, data conversions and modifications, custom training, temporary administration, and partial to full outsourcing. MEC is now viewed as the leader in 6039.
During his six year career at E*TRADE, Keyoor handled hundreds of small to very large databases with regards to splits, conversions, upgrades, special projects, and complex troubleshooting. He was instrumental in assisting with the software’s development, engineering, product management, and quality assurance teams.
In addition to being a Certified Equity Professional, he also holds degrees in Economics and Law. He was awarded a Masters Degree in Corporate Law and Finance from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. Keyoor has spoken at several industry events including the NASPP Conference, E*TRADE’s Directions Conference, Transcentive’s Source Conference, CEP Symposium, and NASPP Chapter events. In his spare time, Keyoor enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Rajal and amazing son Nathan.
Rajal Mankad is one of the Managing Partners at My Equity Comp, LLC, where she oversees the outsourcing division of the business. From January 2010 to March 2015, Rajal was the sole stock administrator at Garmin, a publicly-traded company with over 10,000 employees in 35 locations worldwide. While at Garmin, she managed all equity programs including RSUs, PSUs, NQs, SARs, and ESPP.
Prior to joining Garmin in 2010, Rajal was Director of Industry Relations at My Equity Comp, where she used her expertise to keep the firm current on all equity compensation regulations. In addition to conducting and overseeing various consulting projects, Rajal was responsible for documenting procedures and creating and delivering presentations for industry events. Rajal formerly worked for E*TRADE and ShareData (originator of Equity Edge) for 9 years, where she implemented over 130 clients into Outsourcing and Employee Stock Plans (formerly OptionsLink), conducted database projects on a regular basis, managed high profile clients, documented team procedures, trained new stock administrators, and was looked upon as the knowledge expert in equity compensation.
Over the years, Rajal has spoken at the NASPP Annual Conference and regularly speaks at E*TRADE Directions Conferences. Rajal also founded and currently serves as President of the Sacramento Chapter of NASPP and has previously served as President of the Kansas/Missouri NASPP Chapter.
Prior to entering the Equity Compensation field, Rajal practiced law with a JD degree from Cleveland State University and worked as a Prosecutor in Ohio. She also has a BA degree in English/Communication from Goucher College in Maryland. In her spare time, Rajal enjoys cooking and throwing dinner parties.

Gary Hamilton joined My Equity Comp in 2006 as one of the Managing Partners and has since helped MEC become one of the top equity compensation consulting firms in the industry.
In the first year of filing, 2010, Gary became the 6039 knowledge expert for My Equity Comp. He has since presented on the topic several times at industry events including NASPP webinars and chapter meetings, Solium Transcentive’s Source Conference, the SEC Professionals Group, and a series of webinars. My Equity Comp is now viewed by many as the leader in 6039 IRS Filings.
With nearly 10 years of brokerage and equity compensation experience at his prior company, E*TRADE FINANCIAL, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. For several years at E*TRADE, Gary was the escalation manager for all OptionsLink / Stock Plan systemic issues and special client needs. In addition to obtaining his Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses while at E*TRADE, he was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition during the OptionsLink acquisition and worked in many aspects of the business including customer service, corporate support, account management, employee education, product management, development, quality assurance, and operations. Gary also presented at the Directions Conference multiple times.
He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University Sacramento with a dual concentration in Marketing and Management.
