, Rajal uses her expertise to keep the firm current on

all equity

compensation regulations. In addition to conducting and overseeing various consulting projects,

Rajal

also is

responsible for keeping procedures up to date on all industry changes.

Previously, Rajal worked at E*TRADE and ShareData (originator of Equity Edge) for the last 9 years,

working

in and

with the following groups: Stock Plan Outsourcing, Implementation, Consulting, Application &

Corporate Support,

Training, Equity Edge Software Development, and Quality Assurance.

Some of her accomplishments at E*TRADE include: Implemented over 130 clients into Outsourcing and

Employee

Stock Plans (formerly OptionsLink), conducted mergers/acquisitions/stock splits/accelerations

on a regular basis,

managed high profile clients, documented team procedures, trained new stock

administrators, and was often looked

upon as the knowledge expert in equity compensation.

Prior to entering the equity compensation field, Rajal practiced law with a JD degree from Cleveland State

University

and worked as a prosecutor in Ohio. She also has a BA degree in English/Communication from

Goucher College in

Maryland. In her spare time, Rajal enjoys cooking and throwing dinner parties.
