, left E*TRADE to start the consulting firm in late 2005.

Since then

he has personally completed several consulting projects himself as well as overseen several

others including multiple

option backdating projects. This has allowed him and the rest of the team to expand

the breadth of knowledge offered

while continuing to build a dedicated client base.

During his six year career at E*TRADE, Keyoor held a variety of different positions supporting the Equity

Edge platform

for corporate clients including the most recent as Program Manager for the Corporate

Services Group. While in his

various roles, he handled hundreds of small to very large databases with

regards to conversions, upgrades, special

projects, and complex troubleshooting. He was instrumental in

assisting with Equity Edge's development, engineering,

product management, and quality assurance teams.

In addition to being a Certified Equity Professional, he also holds degrees in Economics and Law. He was

awarded a

Masters Degree in Corporate Law and Finance from Widener University School of Law in

Wilmington, DE. In his spare

time, Keyoor enjoys traveling around the world with his wife Rajal.
