                                                                          Keyoor, Founder and President of My Equity Comp, left E*TRADE to start the
                                                                                                   consulting firm in late 2005. Since then he has personally completed several
                                                                                                   consulting projects himself as well as overseen several others including
                                                                                                   multiple option backdating projects. This has allowed him and the rest of the
                                                                                                   team to expand the breadth of knowledge offered while continuing to build a
                                                                                                   dedicated client base.

                                                                                                   During his six year career at E*TRADE, Keyoor held a variety of different
                                                                                                   positions supporting the Equity Edge platform for corporate clients including
                                                                                                   the most recent as Program Manager for the Corporate Services Group.

                                                                          Serving as Director of Operations for My Equity Comp; Cory's responsibilities
                                                                                                   include contract negotiation, documentation, project management, strategic
                                                                                                   analysis, website maintenance, and consulting.

As Director of Business Development, Gary is responsible for developing and

                                                                                                    maintaining business strategies and relationships for My Equity Comp.

                                                                                                   With nearly 10 years of brokerage and equity compensation experience with
                                                                                                   E*TRADE FINANCIAL, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. For
                                                                                                   the past several years at E*TRADE, Gary was the escalation manager for all
                                                                                                   OptionsLink / Stock Plan systemic issues and special client needs.

                                                                                                   As Director of Industry Relations for My Equity Comp, Rajal uses her expertise
                                                                                                   to keep the firm current on all equity compensation regulations. In addition to
                                                                                                   conducting and overseeing various consulting projects, Rajal also is
                                                                                                   responsible for keeping procedures up to date on all industry changes.

                                                                                                   Previously, Rajal worked at E*TRADE and ShareData (originator of Equity
                                                                                                   Edge) for the last 9 years, working in and with the following groups: Stock
                                                                                                   Plan Outsourcing, Implementation, Consulting, Application & Corporate
                                                                                                   Support, Training, Equity Edge Software Development, and Quality Assurance.
